8 oz butter cubed, softened
1 tsp shallots, minced
½ tsp orange zest
½ tsp lemon zest
2 tsp parsley, chopped fine
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp California Citrus Honey
1 tsp kosher salt
Add softened butter to mixer with paddle attachment or medium-sized bowl with hand mixer
Whip butter on medium-high for 5-10 minutes or until doubled in size.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed until well incorporated.
Store in refrigerator for 5-7 days. Pull from refrigerator for a few hours before use.
