¼ c champagne vinegar
¼ c apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg / yolk
½ tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp shallots, minced
¼ garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons California Citrus Honey
1 ¼ cup blended oil (½ olive & ½ vegetable oil)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except for oil and salt and pepper into blender. Blend on medium til ingredients are combined.
While blending on medium, slowly add oil until all is combined. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Uses:
-Substitute for any salad dressing
-Marinade for fish
-Great for pasta salads
Store 3-5 days in refrigerator
