Creamy Citrus Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- Ā¼ c champagne vinegar
- Ā¼ c apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg / yolk
- Ā½ tsp Dijon mustard
- Ā½ tsp shallots, minced
- Ā¼ garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons California Citrus Honey
- 1 Ā¼ cup blended oil (Ā½ olive & Ā½ vegetable oil)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for oil and salt and pepper into blender. Blend on medium til ingredients are combined.
- While blending on medium, slowly add oil until all is combined. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
