For a delicious treat, try this easy recipe for Honey Ice Cream!

2 C Heavy Cream
½ C White Sugar
2 TBSP Brazilian Eucalyptus Organic Honey
1 TSP Vanilla
5 Egg Yolks
In mixer or large bowl, mix with whisk egg yolk, sugar, honey and vanilla until triple in size, light and airy. Mix for 5-6 minutes.
Heat cream to 110 degrees and temper cream into egg yolk mixture.
Strain and mix in ice cream mixer or pour into glass baking dish and let sit in freezer for 2-3 hours.
