8 oz butter, cubed and softened
¼ tsp garlic paste
1 tsp shallots, minced
2 tsp green onion, finely sliced
1 tsp chive, finely sliced
1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp Heinz 57
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tsp Brazilian Eucalyptus Honey
Add softened butter to mixer with paddle attachment or medium sized bowl with hand mixer.
Whip butter on medium-high for 5-10 minutes or until doubled in size.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed til well incorporated.

-Compound butter for Seafood
-Pancakes or biscuits
Store in refrigerator 5-7 days. Pull from refrigerator a few hours before use.
